The Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) complements the States’ Economic Development Assistance Program as a primary investment tool for DRA. Investments support projects that address flood control, basic public infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure improvements. From FY 2021-2024, CIF projects facilitated these impacts:
- 13,456 jobs created or retained
- 1,162 individuals trained
- 119,904 families affected
